This action was brought to foreclose laborers’ liens on a quantity of shingles, and, the liens being sustained, the intervenors have appealed. The sole question to be determined is whether the shingles were at the mil] where they were manufactured, or under the control of the manufacturer, within the provisions of section 2, laws 1893, p. 428 (Bal.
