This cause came on to be heard upon an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County, Ohio.

Jane Roe and Sally Doe (appellants) are pseudonyms for two minor children who were placed in the custody of the Hamilton County Department of Human Services (“HCDHS”) by order of the Juvenile Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County.
