JACKSON, Vice Chief Justice.

At the direction of the Executive Council of the Oklahoma Bar Association, a formal written complaint was filed with the Executive Secretary of áaid Association charging respondent herein, O. B. Martin, with eleven specific counts of what is. now commonly called “ambulance-chasing”, or solicitation of personal injury or workmen’s compensation cases, either in person or through a “runner”.
