The Judge of the Juvenile Court of Memphis, Tennessee, decreed that the appellant, Richard C. Durham, was the father of a child horn to the plaintiff, Willie Nabors, in Memphis, Tennessee, on September 26,1967. He ordered him to pay $10.00 per week for the support of said child. The decree further provided that a $500.00 cash bond previously forfeited by the defendant was to he paid over to the plaintiff to be applied toward the medical expenses incident to the birth of the child and for the support of the child.
