We deny Cajun Constructors, Inc.’s motion for rehearing, withdraw our majority opinion of July 10, 2012, and issue the following substitute opinion.
In this contract dispute, appellant Cajun Constructors, Inc. (“Cajun”) appeals from the trial court’s summary judgment in favor of appellee Velasco Drainage District (“Velasco”) and a jury’s subsequent award of attorney’s fees to Velasco.
