Bethea in apt time, and objects and excepts to the findings of fact and the conclusion of law entered in the above-entitled cause on the 21st day of November, 1978, and from the judgment entered thereon, the defendant objects and gives Notice of Appeal to the Court of Appeals of North Carolina.
