MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER
WILLIAM W SCHWARZER, District Judge.
This action is presently before the Court on plaintiffs’ application for a temporary restraining order. The action was filed on December 6,1977. On the same day, attorneys for both parties appeared before the Court in connection with plaintiffs’ application. Memoranda and affidavits were submitted by plaintiffs and defendant. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Court set the matter for a further hearing on December 14, 1977.
