Plaintiffs Eugenie Barsky (“Barsky”), Khalid M. Ali (“Ali”), Tejinder Singh (“Singh”), Alberto Gonzalez (“Gonzalez”), and Meleca Durakovic (“Durakovic”), (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), sued Defendants Steven A. Rutstein (“Rutstein”) and Lori Weber Rutstein (“Weber Rutstein” or “Mrs. Rutstein”) and two corporations affiliated with one or more of the Rutsteins, alleging violations of the civil Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”).
