HALE, District Judge.

This is a libel against the schooner Governor Powers for breach of contract to carry safely a cargo of sugar to Boston from Trinidad and Cienfuegos, Cuba.

[1] The case shows that the cargo was duly shipped on board the schooner under bills of lading providing for tlie delivery of the goods at Boston, subject to the exception of being relieved from liability by “dangers of the sea”; the cargo was delivered at Boston, damaged by sea water.
