Plaintiffs Timothy Cronin and Joshua Fullerton, who are both City of Lincoln police officers, bring this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action against the City of Lincoln, several members of the Lincoln Police Department, and an assistant city attorney who is assigned to advise the police department.
