I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff, Christopher Godson, brings this putative class action alleging that Defendants, Eltman, Eltman & Cooper, P.C. (“Elt-man”) and LVNV Funding, LLC, violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692a, et seq.
