Jones, Roadway Express, Inc., and Elliott Jones as attorney in fact of and for Lloyds America, defendants, to recover damages for injuries to himself and to his automobile, alleged to have been sustained as the result of the negligence of Roadway Express, Inc., its agent and employee, G.
