In this municipal tax appeal, the defendant, the city of Hartford, appeals from the judgment of the trial court sustaining the appeal of the plaintiff, Albemarle Weston Street, LLC, from the assessor’s interim revaluation of its property. On appeal, the defendant claims that (1) the court’s factual finding as to the use of the subject property was clearly erroneous in view of the testimony presented at trial and (2) the court improperly sustained the plaintiffs appeal because General Statutes § 12-55 (b) authorizes an interim revaluation under the circumstances of this…
