MEMORANDUM
PETTINE, Chief Judge.
This is a class action brought by plaintiffs on behalf of themselves and all other similarly situated persons who retired as players from the National Football League (“NFL”) before 1959.
Plaintiffs allege in their four-count amended complaint that, in or about 1962, a pension trust for retired “NFL” players was established pursuant to an agreement between the National Football League Players’ Association (“NFLPA”), the “NFL” and the member clubs thereof.
