for the Court.
This case arises out of a real property dispute in the town of Tiverton. The defendant, Carol Ann Silva, appeals from a Superior Court judgment declaring that she did not benefit from an easement over her neighbors’ property and enjoining her from trespassing on that property. On appeal, the defendant contends that the trial justice erred in two primary respects: (1) in declining to rule upon the defendant’s adverse possession claim; and (2) in granting injunctive relief to the plaintiffs.
