In this workers’ compensation case, the employer, Bridgestone/Firestone, Inc., has appealed from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Warren County awarding the employee, Margaret Tobitt, fifty percent permanent partial disability benefits to the body as a whole, with twenty percent of the award commuted to a lump sum.
