DECISION
JAMES E. SHAPIRO, Bankruptcy Judge.
In this adversary proceeding, the plaintiff, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(d)(1), seeks to revoke the discharge granted to the debtors. Sec. 727(d)(1) states, in part:
On request of ... a creditor ... the court shall revoke a discharge granted under subsection (a) of this section if— (1) such discharge was obtained through the fraud of the debtor, and the requesting party did not know of such fraud until after the granting of such discharge.
