The matter before the court arises out of the Complaint [Adv. Dkt. No. 1] (the “Complaint”), filed by Catherine Steege, not individually but as the Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”) for the Estate of Margaret Aon Johnsson (the “Debtor"), in the above-captioned adversary proceeding (the “Adversary”), seeking to revoke the Debt- or’s bankruptcy discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(d).
