Appeal from a judgment of the Onondaga County Court (Joseph E. Fahey, J.), rendered March 25, 2005. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of rape in the first degree, sexual abuse in the second degree (two counts) and endangering the welfare of a child.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.
