Appeal from a judgment of the Ontario County Court (Frederick G. Reed, J.), rendered October 12, 2005. The judgment *1376convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of vehicular assault in the second degree, assault in the second degree, driving while intoxicated (two counts) and leaving the scene of a personal injury incident without reporting and, upon a bench decision, of unlawful possession of marihuana.
