Defendant was found guilty by a district court jury of inducing a person under age 18 to practice prostitution, Minn.St. 609.32, subd. 2(1), 1 and was sentenced by the trial court to a 10-year prison sentence with execution stayed on condition that defendant abide by the terms of her probation, which included that she serve time in the workhouse.
