BURDICK, Justice.

This ease comes before the Court on an interlocutory appeal following the district court’s grant of Craig Perry’s motion in li-mine. The motion sought to allow expert witness testimony concerning the results of his polygraph test. The district court found that the testimony would be admissible so long as Perry took the stand. This Court reverses the decision of the district court.
