HANSEN, Circuit Judge.
Miguel R. Mendoza, Jr. and Michael R. Clinton were each charged in various counts contained in a ten-count superced-ing indictment charging drug conspiracy, drug distribution, and possession of a firearm in connection with drug trafficking. Mendoza proceeded to trial and was convicted of the charges against him. The district court 1 sentenced Mendoza to 360 months imprisonment.
