MELLOY, Circuit Judge.
Appellant Michael Dennis Vieth appeals his conviction for conspiracy to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine. Vieth argues that the district court 1 erred when it admitted evidence of prior bad acts under Federal Rule of Evidence 404(b) and when it denied his motion for a new trial based upon alleged Brady and Jencks Act violations. We affirm on both counts.
