James F. Atkins appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the Western District of Missouri sentencing him to 150 months imprisonment and 4 years of supervised release, after he plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine, 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(B), 2 and one count of aiding and abetting others in possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(C).
