Opinion and Order:
This is a cargo contamination suit, designated as a case of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction within Rule 9(h), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. On November 1, 1968, there was delivered to and shipped on board the M/S GALINI a certain shipment of Mexican maize said by plaintiff to be in good condition at the time and destined for several Japanese ports.
