The employer and the insurance carrier, by this petition, are seeking to reverse an award against them in favor of the employee. The facts found by the majority of the Commission are stated thus:

“Ella Bray, the claimant, is a woman fifty-four and one-half years of age with an average weekly wage of $12.00. She has been working at the plant of the Big Jack Overall Company in Bristol, Va., for several years past. While she was not a robust woman, yet, she was able to work for her living and has been a steady worker during the past years. She has had only one operation, and that was for a female…
