MOORE, Justice.

Plaintiff, Nora West, filed this suit against defendant, J. B. Wooley, in trespass to try title and alternatively for a partition of a seven-acre tract of land with a house and other improvements situated thereon. Mrs. West and Mr. Wooley are brother and sister, and prior to the purchase of the property in question had been living in Houston, Texas, and had been closely associated.
