Linn Lamitie ("Plaintiff") sued Middlesex Hospital ("Defendant" or "Hospital") for discrimination under the Family and Medical Leave Act, 29 U.S.C. § 2611(2) ("FMLA"); Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq. ("ADA"); and the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act, Conn. Gen. Stat. § 46a-51(15) ("CFEPA"). Complaint, ECF No. 1 ("Compl."). Middlesex Hospital has moved for summary judgment.
