I. INTRODUCTION
On October 27, 2008, Clement D. Maynard (“plaintiff’), proceeding pro se, filed suit against Goodwill Industries of Delaware and Delaware County, Inc. (“defendant”) alleging employment discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5.
