This is a suit in trespass to try title filed by Belle Blanchette, who died pending trial, and prosecuted by Travis J. Merritt as Independent Executor of the Estate of Belle Blanchette against Margaret E. Boothe, a feme sole.

The property for which suit was brought was described in appellees’ amended petition as the premises and improvements situated at 1408 Orange Street, and more particularly described as lot 1 and lot 2 of the Blanchette Second Addition to the City of Beaumont.
