This action was brought in the district court of Hardin County, Texas, by appellants, Mary Wall Kirby, a widow, Wier Kirby, Iiallie May Wilcut and husband, Warren E. Wilcut, Hattie Bell Harlee and husband, Raymond James Harlee, against the appellees, Houston Oil Company of Texas and American Republic Corporation, in the form of trespass to try title to recover the title and possession of the mineral estate in a 19 qcre tract of land in the George W.
