The parties to this action for divorce were married September 10, 1914. The husband was then about the age of sixty-two years and his wife was about fifty. After their marriage they lived in the husband’s home in Turtle Creek, Allegheny County. On May 31, 1922, the libel in this case was filed by the husband, seeking a divorce on the ground of wilful and malicious desertion, which he declares had been continuous since August 25, 1920.
