2Per curiam

On February 11, 1994, appellant Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corporation tendered a transcript to the Clerk of this Court for filing. Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 56(a), the Clerk referred the matter of whether the appeal had been properly perfected to the Court. We conclude that the appeal has been properly perfected and will order the transcript filed.
