Petitioners, in a joint trial by general court-martial, were convicted of rape, in violation of Article of War 92, 10 USC §.1564.

Evans was sentenced to dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for seven years. Parker was sentenced to dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and con*543finement at hard labor for three years.
