Plaintiff The Paradigm Alliance, Inc. (“Paradigm”) commenced this action against Defendants Celeritas Technologies, LLC and Celeritasworks, LLC (collectively “Celeritas”), alleging numerous claims, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and fair dealing arising from a joint-venture business relationship, fraud by silence, conversion, misappropriation of trade secrets, and violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
