IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF KANSAS TUCKER KAUFMAN, Plaintiff, vs. Case No. 21-2007-EFM CENTRAL RV, INC., Defendant. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER After a trial of Plaintiff Todd Kaufman’s various claims arising from his purchase of a travel trailer from Defendant Central RV, the jury returned a verdict in favor of Defendant. The matter is now before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion seeking a new trial under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59. (Doc. 180).
