After this cause was remanded (Bellport v. Harkins, 104 Kan. 543, 180 Pac. 220) another trial was had resulting in a verdict for the plaintiff, and the defendants appeal and complain of the court’s refusal to sustain an objection to the introduction of evidence under the petition, of the overruling of the demurrer to the plaintiff’s evidence, and of the admission of certain testimony; also that certain instructions -were erroneous, and that it was error to send the jury back for a second verdict instead of receiving the one they first brought…
