INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff in this wage and hour lawsuit seeks compensation for his off-the-cloek work and for the denial of his meal and rest breaks pursuant to the Kentucky Wages and Hours Act, KRS Chapter 337. The named Plaintiff in the suit is Eric England, a former employee of the Defendant, Advance Stores Company, Inc., d/b/a Advance Auto Parts (Advance Auto).
