MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter comes before the court on appeal from a series of decisions of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The Appellants assert that the Bankruptcy Court (1) ■ erred in allowing the Appellee a superpri-ority administration claim for fees and expenses incurred in connection with an adversary proceeding brought against the Appellee by the Trustee in Bankruptcy and (2) erred in denying a motion by the Trustee in Bankruptcy and his Special Counsel to vacate and set aside the Bankruptcy Court’s previous…
