This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the court below, following an order sustaining respondents’ general demurrers to appellant’s third amended complaint without leave to amend.
The following facts are alleged in the third amended complaint. Appellant at all times material to this action was a real estate broker duly licensed under the laws of the state of California.
