Birmingham News Co. v. Barron G. Collier, Inc.

This is a detinue suit by the Birmingham News Company, a corporation, for one Rickenbaeker phaeton automobile, against Thomas J. Shiyley, as sheriff, and individually, defendant, and Barron G. Collier, Inc:, a corporation voluntarily appeared and filed claim to the automobile under section 6051, Code 1907, and the defendant (Shirley) was discharged.
