— For the first time, Michael McNeair asserts on appeal that he was denied equal protection of the laws when the trial court denied his request to be sentenced to a special drug offender sentencing alternative (DOSA). The court below denied the request on the basis that Mc-Neair was ineligible under governing statutes because he had prior felony convictions. We hold that this challenge is reviewable but that McNeair fails to show that the DOSA provision he challenges violates his right to equal protection. Accordingly, we affirm his sentence.
