*1240Appeal from a judgment of the Ontario County Court (Craig J. Doran, J.), rendered December 6, 2005. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
