The purpose of this suit is to compel the removal of structures of the defendant that encroach upon the plaintiff's real estate at Pine Island Lake in Westhampton.
The facts have been found by a master. The plaintiff is incorporated for such purposes as encouraging aquatic and athletic "exercises, games and sports, promoting the study and propagation of wild life and providing for the recreation and social enjoyment of its members.
