OPINION
LARSEN, Justice.
On April 10, 1980, appellees Ignatius and Marion Zaffarano filed a petition for visitation in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County. The petition sought an order granting appellees “visitation and temporary custody rights” with respect to their granddaughter, Shannon Genaro. After a hearing, the court of common pleas dismissed the petition.
