KX Industries, L.P. and Koslow Technologies Corp. (collectively “KXI”) appeal from the decision of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, which granted summary judgment in favor of PUR Water Purification, Products, Inc. (“PUR”), holding that PUR does not infringe claim 94 of U.S. Patent No. 5,019,-311 (“the ’311 patent”). KX Indus., L.P. v. PUR Water Purif. Prods., Inc., 108 F.Supp.2d 380 (D.Del.2000).
