ORDER
FOREMAN, District Judge:
This is an action for declaratory and injunctive relief and monetary damages, brought on behalf of a class of inmates at the United States Penitentiary, Marion, Illinois (hereinafter “Marion”), raising significant questions under the United States Constitution concerning inter alia, cruel and unusual punishment, due process safeguards for men placed into punitive segregation, and the Constitutional rights of those inmates in segregation.
