Appeal from ihe Corporation Commission. Action by the State and L. W. Wolf oik against the Atchi-son, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company. From an order of the Corporation Commission, the railway company appeals.

This proceeding was commenced by a communication with ten signatures attached addressed to the Corporation Commission, which stated, in substance, that, We, the undersigned, earnestly request that you do all in your power to place a depot on the state line between Texas and Ellis county, Oklahoma, on the A., T. & S. F. R. R. This is a question that is of vital interest to the farmers of Western Oklahoma, and they are waiting and watching with interest to see what you will do with it.
