This 'is an appeal from an order of the Corporation Commission. The opinion and order of the commission, by Love, chairman, fairly states the case as presented by the pleadings, and established by the evidence, as follows:
“The complainants filed a petition asking that the defendant be required to establish a depot and maintain the same, also to establish side tracks and stockyards at the station of the defendant known as ‘West Cleo.’ The defendant filed an answer alleging that the town of Cleo is on the Rock Island Railway, and that this road is supplied with proper passenger and freight…
